Together\, we create a rich and supportive soundscape using crystal singing bowls\, Tibetan bowls\, drums\, chimes\, gongs\, and voice. \nAs you lie comfortably and allow the sounds to wash over you\, the body and mind naturally begin to soften. Many people drift into a state similar to deep meditation\, where tension eases\, thoughts quieten\, and a profound sense of calm can arise. \nOur intention is to hold a safe\, nurturing space where you can fully switch off from the outside world and reconnect with yourself. Sound journeys are often used to support relaxation\, reduce stress\, clear mental clutter\, and encourage gentle emotional release. They can also promote a greater sense of balance\, inner calm\, and overall wellbeing. \nNo experience is needed — simply come as you are\, get comfortable\, and allow the sounds to carry you. \nEye masks will be provided for your comfort. \nPlease bring a blanket\, cushions\, and a yoga mat if possible (a mat will be available\, but bringing your own or an extra one may provide greater comfort).  \nYou may also wish to bring water and a journal and pen if you would like to reflect on your experience afterwards. \nThis session is not suitable for those in their first trimester of pregnancy\, anyone with a pacemaker\, metal implants\, epilepsy\, severe mental health conditions\, severe tinitus or anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. \n\nTicket Information\nEarly Birds receive a FREE Woody Witch blend Sample!
